Shipments will be made to the contiguous fourty-eight (48) states. There is no shipment to Canada, United States territories, Alaska, or Hawaii. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address. Shipments are made via Fedex. Ground Delivery times vary based on location, but are usually completed within 3-7 business days. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped, including a shipment tracking number.
If your shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt, have the delivery man note this at the time of delivery. All products are backed by our product guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned or refunded within 30 days of purchase and will be exchanged or credited When returning merchandise or requesting a refund, please mail us the original sales receipt showing proof of purchase, along with the UPC bar code label from the back of the bottle or package.
